To the website of the Foxhollow N Gauge Layout

The layout is not based on any place in real life, it was designed by the owner Simon Fox as a first attempt to model an exhibition layout to develop his skills and ideas.

The layout measures 5ft x 2ft 6", Simon featured Foxhollow on a village station set in the countryside with scenic views in the backscene.
